Added configuration for auto-reconciliation timing – choose whether balances reconcile as of the statement date (e.g., the 1st of the month) or a custom date defined by the operator.
- Priswing Dynamic Pricing Integration
Automatically optimize tee time pricing using machine-learning demand forecasts and real-time market conditions. Rates adapt based on booking behavior, geo-targeted forecasts, and historical performance – helping facilities capture more revenue while maintaining golfer satisfaction and full pricing control.
- Digital Pass Enhancements
Remaining punches now display on physical receipts and within each customer’s online account for better visibility and tracking. Added flexible 9-hole and 18-hole redemption values, allowing punch cards to be redeemed as 9-hole rounds, 18-hole rounds, or any combination of both. You can also set configurable booking windows by digital pass – so any pass-based booking benefits automatically apply to eligible customers.
- Tipping on Gift Cards & Club Credit
Customers can now add tips when paying with gift cards or club credit, both digitally and on written receipts. This gives staff more consistent gratuity capture across payment types while keeping checkout simple and flexible.
- Integrated Online Gift Cards
No more manual gift card fulfillment – online gift card purchases are now fulfilled and delivered to customers instantly. Schedule sale dates, offer discounts, and allow buyers to customize and schedule gift card messages when purchasing for someone else.
