Teesnap is much more than software for your company. You are now part of the Teesnap Family! The team is fully committed to helping you use the Teesnap tools to help your golf course reach its fullest potential. It’s just one of the many pieces that makes up our secret sauce! We’ve seen some courses grow their topline 30% in one year! Think of Teesnap as you would a new Taylormade driver. While the driver was designed to reach maximum potential in distance and accuracy, you may not be successful if your swing needs some help.
Just like your swing, the operations and training you provide to your staff are vitally important when using your point of sale software. Teesnap has the ability to send automated emails that are triggered by golfer behavior. That behavior leads to engagement, which leads to customer retention and loyalty! If you aren’t training your staff and setting expectations for data collection, then those triggers may never happen inside of Teesnap.
The Account Management Team is your resource for knowledge. Think of them as your personal business consultants who are there to help you look at your numbers during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). It’s easy to get stuck behind the counter and not have the time to look at your numbers to see the health of your business. During a QBR, you’ll dive into how you’re using the software and your Strategic Account Manager will offer suggestions on areas where you might improve. In addition, they will train you how to use the software to its fullest potential.
The team is designed to help you get the most out of Teesnap’s tools. You can look to them for guidance on operational strategy, how to use the software, and best practices within the golf industry. They can also help you with your email marketing strategy, website design and help you see the small areas that you might be overlooking in your business. All of those little areas add up to something big. The training we provide is so much more than learning how to push a button.
