The goal of Teesnap is to provide information, services, and resources most relevant and useful to consumers interested in our products and those who serve them. To achieve this goal, Teesnap may collect information to understand what differentiates you from its other unique users. We collect two types of information from you: “anonymous information” and “personally identifiable information.”
”Anonymous information” refers to information that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. Each time a visitor comes to a Teesnap Website, TCA collects information to improve the overall quality of the visitor’s online experience, such as general information about your technology interface or preferences (such as the type of browsers used or files requested). Teesnap also collects aggregate search terms from its search services for internal reporting and targeted content presentation (that is, web pages which are dynamically displayed based on your individual interests). Teesnap collects this user information for purposes of product monitoring, product improvement, and targeted content.
”Personally identifiable information” refers to information that tells us specifically who you are, such as (i) your name and postal address, phone number, and email address, (ii) credit card information, (iii) information you post in a public space on our website or on third-party media site, (iv) products or services you purchase, (v) what browser you are using, (vi) what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us, (vii) if you are using our App, your GPS location or your device’s unique identifier, (viii) the version of the operating system your computer or device is running, and (ix) how often you downloaded our App and where you downloaded it. Teesnap collects personally identifiable information in the following ways from different parts of its network of Websites and Apps:
- If you choose to register with one or several of Teesnap Websites or Apps (often when you use a computer program, App, or other Product or Service for the first time), you may provide Teesnap with your name, postal address, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, and other requested information. While not all of this information may be required, the more information you provide (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to customize your experience.
- We may specifically ask you whether we may send you information about Products and Services related to a Teesnap purchase.
- We collect information from commercial transactions, from requests for information on the Teesnap Websites and Apps, and from our registration database.
- If you ask us a question, we may keep a record of that correspondence, including your telephone number and/or email address. We use that information so that we may respond to your question, and for future reference.
- We collect user-generated content. For example, if you register for a promotion, or you post a comment on our Websites.
- We get information about you from third parties. For example, if use an integrated social media feature on our websites or mobile applications. The third-party social media site will give us certain information about you. This could include your name and email address. Your activities on our Websites and Apps may be posted to the social media platforms.
Whenever you access a web page, certain information may be reported by your browser. This information may include information on browsing activity such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, date/time stamp, number of clicks, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We use this information to analyze how people use our Websites, help you efficiently use the features and services of our Websites, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and traffic, and more effectively deliver targeted information which we believe will be of most benefit to you.
A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a website to the hard drive of your computer so that the website may identify you and track your activities on the Website. This unique number identifies your browser to computers whenever you visit the Website making use of them. A cookie does not collect personally identifiable information about you (such as your real name and address) that you have not otherwise disclosed.
When you provide information to Teesnap, that information is collected and maintained either by Teesnap or by authorized agents of Teesnap such as web hosting companies, customer care service providers, and/or transaction processing service providers, unless specifically stated otherwise at the point of collection.

In the event Teesnap sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, including, without limitation, in the event of bankruptcy, or if Teesnap (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by, or merged with, another entity, Teesnap may provide to such entity customer and visitor information (both anonymous and personally identifiable) that is related to that part of the business that was sold to or merged with the other entity.
Teesnap may send you emails or otherwise contact you about Products and Services that we feel may be of interest to you, including, without limitation, notification of sales, newsletters, and other communications. Without such data, we would not know what the most popular areas of the Teesnap Websites are, and we would not be able to change and update the content and services appropriately.

You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transferring, storage, and processing of your information may be undertaken by trusted vendors, agents, or service providers of Teesnap. Such vendors are bound by contract not to use your personally identifiable information for their own purposes or provide it to any third parties.
6. WHAT KINDS OF SECURITY PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT AGAINST THE LOSS, MISUSE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION?
Teesnap has security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of data under our control. We have implemented rules and procedures designed to limit access to the information you provide us. Despite the steps we take to ensure the protection of your information, we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse, or alteration to data will not occur. In addition, in the unlikely event that any government or private individual seeks information, Teesnap will not voluntarily provide the information, but will obey any court order requiring disclosure.

We will also give you a list of the third parties that have received your information. You can make a request one time each year.
To exercise your rights, you can email us or write to us at the address below. Mention in your letter that you are making a “California Shine the Light” inquiry. We will respond within 30 days.
We will make our best effort to remove your information from our active communication files upon request. Please note, however, that we will retain certain information in order to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce the policies, procedures, and agreements set forth on the Teesnap Websites. This withdrawal of information may limit our ability to provide you with the highest quality service possible.
If you have any questions or concerns about privacy at Teesnap or the Teesnap Websites, please send a thorough description of your concern using the form in the contact us page or at the following address, and we will attempt to resolve it:
