Senior HR Generalist

Job Description:

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR support across multiple areas of the organization. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior HR Generalist will coordinate with corporate HR partners ensuring consistent HR practices. This position will be a critical member of the executive team and will play a key role in supporting the organization’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures and will be able to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues.

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Executive team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and develop and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Conduct employee surveys and provide analysis to management on employee feedback.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s recruitment and selection process to identify and hire best in class talent.
  • Manage PEO relationship to ensure compliance across multiple HR functions.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Assist with HR-related compliance issues, including EEO and ADA compliance.
  • Manage HR-related projects and initiatives, including HR system implementations, process improvements, HR-related training, and companywide annual performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of multi state HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Google office suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
