Designer – Email Design Specialist

Minimum 1 Year Experience

Teesnap LLC creates simply smarter technology and services to power operations and marketing at golf courses nationwide. Teesnap is seeking a talented designer to join our growing Golf Marketing Services team to design mail campaigns, site and social graphics to support our golf course clients and the Teesnap brand. 

The optimal candidate will have experience working in Canva as well as Adobe Illustrator, an eye for detail and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for creating designs that reflect our clients’ individual brands and to their target audiences. 

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Collaborate closely with the client services team to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
  • Use design skills and Canva expertise to create eye-catching email templates and graphics that align with client branding.
  • Deign and optimize email layouts, visuals and content for maximum engagement.
  • Ensure emails designs are responsive and render consistently across various devices working in the Campaign Monitor platform.
  • Stay up to date on email design best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate with others on the team and be willing to expand skills to provide support to our social media team.
  • Requirements: Regular attendance is a requirement of the role, as well as the ability to work set business hours, operate and work at a computer / computer monitor, collaborate with clients/employees via voice calls and electronic communication and some travel may be required 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or email design and a 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, English or related field OR 4 years of work experience in graphic design. 
  • Proficiency in Canva for designing email templates and graphics.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design works.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of or interest in golf is a benefit (not a requirement).
